Maera Daniel Hagage
Producer, Founding Artistic Director
Maera is a NYC-based producer, actress, artistic-director and a customer success manager. Texas-born and Israeli-raised, Maera lived in Germany and Egypt and travelled the world, before finding home in NYC.
Her journey provided her with various opportunities to explore foreign views of Israel and other cultures, and led her to pursue studies and career of storytelling with a great passion to bring people together through art.
Amrita Jain
Executive Director of Business Strategy
As an Indian born, New York bred, global citizen, Amrita is excited to support DTL’s mission that transcends cultures.
Amrita oversees board relations and execution of institutional and individual fundraising efforts for theatre’s annual and reserve funds. She is a Carnegie Mellon alumni, an entrepreneur and a strategic business development executive. She aspires to widen DTL’s circle of support and make its work more visible to a broader audience.
Mikael Deckelbaum
Director of Business Development
Mikael grew up between Jerusalem and New York. After graduating McGill University, and pursuing a career as a tech-startup entrepreneur, he recently graduated from a two year conservatory program at The William Esper Studio and has been in several short films, plays, and commercials, including a Times Square debut in an advertisement for a water campaign. He is proud to be a part of Dirty Laundry Theatre, and showcase new and unique narratives to various cultures’ dirty laundry.
Ron Orlovsky
Creative Producer, Director of Outreach
Ron is an Israeli actor, singer and director. Ron had the privilege to perform repertory theater and also numerous original works in NYC. Favorite original works: The Nose- The Musical, Tales of an Imaginary Bird, Memory of a Smile, etc. Favorite Repertory Theater: Three Sisters, Ragtime, Company, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Into the Woods and more.
Ron aspires to bring light to the similarities we all have, and celebrate the differences, through looking deep into different cultures that are filling this colorful city.
Eliya Rodeh
Company Manager
Eliya is a NYC-based actress and singer, originally from Israel. After studying Vocal Performance at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance Eliya moved to NYC, where She graduated from the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. Favorite credits include: Who Are You? A Musical, Kiss That Frog, Last Summer at Bluefish Cove, Two Cents Plain, Into the Woods, Seussical and The Town As If.
Felipe Joglar
Director of musical performance
Felipe is a Chilean actor and designer based in NYC. Graduated of New York Film Academy (PCMT) and BA in Strategy & Graphic Design of PUC (Chile). Theatre: Ragtime and Medea (Columbia University), Merrily We Roll Along (NYFA). Regional: Beauty and The Beast and Sister Act (Millbrook Playhouse). Joanne Au
Director of Production & Stage Management
Joanne is an international Dancer and Stage Manager. She toured with Yip’s Children’s Choir as a performer in South Africa and Brazil at the age of 11. She took part in the Guinness World Records: “The Largest Drum Ensemble” in 2007, at the Hong Kong Coliseum as a performer. She studied Drama and Environmental Studies at New York University. Afterwards, she continues her performing arts journey as a stage manager with various theatre companies such as Meta-Phys Ed., Bated Breath Theatre Company, and Dirty Laundry Theatre.
Federica Borlenghi
Production Consultant
Federica is a multi-disciplinary Italian-born artist based in Brooklyn. She is the Founding Co-Artistic Director and Creative Producer of HERE WE GO: a Site-Specific Production Company LLC. Federica is also Italytime Cultural Center’s Production Consultant (‘18) as well as a Rising Sun Production Company Ensemble Member. She holds a BFA in Dramatic Arts from The New School for Drama (‘2019).
Chrysi Sylaidi

Chrysi is an actor and producer from Greece. Graduate of the 3-year Conservatory at Stella Adler Studio of Acting. Selected Credits: TimeZone Free- GFTFNY ( rattlestick Playwright Theatre), Marya Antonova- Government Inspector (EGYNY), Rhonda- Almost Maine (TeamTheatre), Hermione- The Winter’s Tale/ Pop Joan- Top Gilrs (Stella Adler Studio), Elizabeth Proctor- The Crucible (Akadimos Theatro)
Chrysi is a resident artist at the Greek Cultural Center and a Founding member of TeamTheatre.
Esther Levy
Director of Latin America Relations
Esther is a NYC based actor. Born in New York and raised in Mexico City, she brings these two diverse cultures together in her art. Her educational background is in Human Resources and Theater. She has studied at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute and also under Mr. John Anthony’s Class. Some credits are Ravel, the Play as Lieutenant Surlik and more recently Amani in the upcoming feature film, Cant Let It Go. She is thrilled to be a part of Dirty Laundry Theater!
William Serri
Director of Things
William is an alumnus of the Syracuse University Drama program. He has been nominated for Best Actor in Éléphant and Best Featured Actor in Glory of Living. He has produced a web – series titled Fresh Start the Web Series on Facebook. He will be starting his graduate education at the American Film Institute in the Fall as a Producing fellow. He is passionate about leaving this planet better than he found it.
Sparkle
Head of Mess Development
Sparkle is a pawfessional model and developer. She was scouted as a model when she was an 8 months pup. She was on the cover of Pugue in 2018. Graduated from Good Girl University, Sparkle sparkles her way out of the academic world and into the arts as a theatre artist. She often runs around Dirty Laundry Theatre Company asking for an extra sock to steal, and cookies to share.
